Paloma Efron Design builds upon my art and design expertise as well as my personal experience renovating family homes. I approach each new project, no matter the scope, as an exciting opportunity to enhance my clients’ lives by creating expressive spaces that align with their vision and wishes. Rather than follow trends, I work with my clients to bring fresh insight to the process through listening and collaboration. I believe that when I can foster and nurture creativity in my clients, they gain a deeper sense of ownership in their project.
I will work closely with you, the architect and contractor to ensure your design remodel or renovation is as easy and successful as possible, with attentive focus on detail and craft. Your home should be livable and comfortable, reflecting your tastes and needs while taking aesthetics and functionality into account. I work within a wide range of tastes and budgets, with an eye towards thoughtful and whimsical designs.
Although I began my college career as an architecture major at RISD, circumstances led to earning a BFA in graphic design from UT Austin. My career has never veered far from the intersection of art and design, and after careers in graphic design and as the owner of a custom cake shop, I began Paloma Efron Design, where I was able to meld the love of architecture and interiors with my rigorous design training and passion for helping people envision new spaces. In my free time I do watercolor paintings of landmarks and houses around Austin, obsessively solve puzzles, and bake with my daughters.
